I read somewhere that Steve Jobs liked to use the expression "firing bozos." We can apply this to our health. Here are some bozos we can fire to help our health ;
1. My health condition depends almost exclusively on what I eat, on exercise, and on stress levels.
2. Hard muscles, six-packs etc = long term health, strength and vitality
3. Physics has nothing to do with the human body
4. Thoughts/feelings have nothing to do with the body
5. Once I reach my mid-thirties it's all downhill regarding health, strength & vitality
6. There's no such thing as "chi" energy (despite the Chinese being among the most practical people on the planet).
7. In order to stay healthy I musn't consume any sugar, alcohol or caffeine.
