Is it possible to have "exalted" bones ?
It most certainly is.
Here are four simple steps you can take to exalt your bones :
1. Exercise. It's well-known that athletes' bones become thicker and stronger than people who don't exercise or do physical work.
2. Exercise with your bones properly aligned. This way, the forces of gravity, motion etc. will go through the centre of your bones causing less wear and tear, and also energizing your bones due to the increased amount of force passing undistorted through them.
3. Eat less refined sugar. The refinement of sugar canes strips them of around 40 vital nutrients, leaving the white sugar with nothing else than empty calories. In our intestinal system, the white sugar is broken down into fructose (that is passed on to the liver) and glucose (that is absorbed quickly in the bloodstream). Glucose is used to produce the energy molecule, ATP. This requires a number of enzyme processes that depend on B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and other minerals. However, as white sugar is refined (stripped of it's nutrients), the body must collect vitamins and minerals from other parts of the body. The bones serve as primary mineral collection sites for this operation.
4. Retention of seminal fluid. Muhammad Ali would not ejaculate for 6 weeks before a fight. He wrote in his autobiography that his bones would then feel hard and strong.
P.S There's a connection between bone marrow and the production of seminal fluid. Just sayin.....
