ACCESS BARS® - ACCESS YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS

"The point is very simple. If the habitual way of consciousness falls away, everything will be alright."
Katsuki Sekida Access Bars is a process that helps your brain and body to release limiting thoughts and beliefs. This frees up the power that can help you to bring about the conditions and circumstances that you'd like to see manifested in your life. Getting your Bars run is like meditation, except that you literally receive a helping hand. Through light touch of specific points on the head, energy flows through specific pathways in the brain to dissipate the electromagnetic charges that keep old thinking patterns in place that we have accumulated over time about different areas of life. These restrict the way we perceive ourselves, others and our environment. Once released they allow for a refreshed, energized mind that has more ability to focus, and stay calm and present in the face of challenging situations. WHAT IS ACCESS BARS® ? Access Bars is one aspect of what is known as Access Consciousness, which is a set of processes designed to help us gain more awareness in our lives. It consists of 32 points located on the head which have a direct connection to the brain. The Bars (aka Access Bars), is a “deletion” process aimed at liberating our minds from the thousands of points of view, conclusions and judgments we impose on ourselves. Once the mind is calmer, we gain more insight into ourselves and become able to deal with life more skilfully. Examples of people that can benefit from Bars sessions :
We say that after a Bars session, at worst you will feel like you have had a great massage, at best your whole life can begin to change into something greater with more ease. Be patient -the effects of a Bars session may not be fully felt until the following day, and like meditation, (or any skill), the more you practice the more you'll benefit. Here are a few of the common effects reported after a Bars session :
HOW DOES IT WORK? You are lying fully clothed on a massage table, while your facilitator gently presses on the points on your head that will activate the different bars. The brain waves slow down when you get your bars run, allowing behavioural patterns, belief systems and points of view that you have been running from childhood or whenever to be accessed. Basically the Bars are like the hard drive of your computer bank: it is everything you have stored over your lifetime. When the Bars are run it deletes the files that cause limitations so that those things are no longer in your hard drive and they don’t just automatically show up on the computer screen of your life. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, setting in motion the undoing of limitation in many aspects of your life EEG & THE BARS EEG'S (electroencephalogram) often use 32 channels, or electrodes, to help evaluate electrical activity produced by the brain, which is the same number of points of contact with the brain as in the Bars. Psychological studies utilize EEG to study brain processes underlying attention, learning and memory. We spend a majority of our lives interacting with others. In social interaction research, brain processes related to social perception, self-evaluation, and social behavior are investigated. Social interactions and communication are not just passive forms of processing incoming information. Whenever we talk to others or solve problems together, we have to “sync up” with them. To study the brain processes underlying the synchronization of conversations and actions, EEG researchers use a method referred to as “hyperscanning” to record data from multiple people at once, allowing them to gain deeper insights into human interactions. SYNCING UP A Bars session automatically synchronizes the client's mind with the therapist's. Any considerations/points of view that the client has that are keeping him or her locked in a limited state of consciousness that are like the ones the therapist has begin to dissolve for both client and therapist at the same time.
